    Insight doesn’t create change if physiology stays dysregulated.

  • MYTH #5 — “My relationship problems are separate from my burnout.”

    A dysregulated nervous system affects intimacy, communication, attraction, and emotional safety.
    Most “relationship problems” are actually physiological stress patterns playing out between two people.
