These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of website operated by Recovery Jungle Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using The Jungle, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree, do not use The Recovery Jungle.

1. About The Recovery Jungle

The Jungle is a private community platform offering group integration calls, community discussion, and personal transformation support. It is operated by Recovery Jungle Pty Ltd, based in Queensland, Australia.

The Jungle is not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic service. It is a personal development and coaching community. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified health professional or crisis service.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use The Jungle. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

Access to The Jungle Group Integration calls requires a paid monthly subscription at the current advertised rate. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.

  • Payments are processed securely through our payment provider

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings

  • Upon cancellation, access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period

  • Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by Australian Consumer Law

Resurrection Program alumni receive lifetime access to the Inner Circle community as part of their program. This access is separate from the Group Integration subscription and is not affected by subscription cancellation.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your login details or allow others to access your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

5. Community Standards

The Jungle is a safe and private space for personal transformation. By participating, you agree to:

  • Treat all members with respect, compassion, and dignity

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of what other members share — what is shared in The Jungle stays in The Jungle

  • Not screenshot, record, reproduce, or share any member's content without their explicit written consent

  • Not share, distribute, or reproduce any content created by Recovery Jungle Pty Ltd or Hannah Dalby without written permission

  • Not use the community to promote, sell, or solicit other members for your own products or services

  • Not post content that is harmful, abusive, discriminatory, or illegal

  • Show up honestly and take responsibility for your own wellbeing and transformation

We reserve the right to remove any member who violates these standards without refund.

6. Group Integration Calls

Weekly group integration calls are scheduled in advance. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver calls as scheduled. Occasionally calls may be rescheduled or cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control. Where possible, reasonable notice will be given.

Calls are not recorded by default. If recording occurs, members will be notified in advance. You must not record calls yourself without the consent of all participants.

7. Not a Substitute for Professional Support

The work offered through The Jungle — including group calls, community discussion, and content — is personal development in nature. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic services.

By participating, you acknowledge that you take full responsibility for your own wellbeing and any decisions you make as a result of your participation in The Jungle.

8. Intellectual Property

All content created and shared by Recovery Jungle Pty Ltd and Hannah Dalby — including call recordings where applicable, written content, frameworks, and training materials — remains our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise this content without written permission.

Content you post in the community remains yours. By posting, you grant us a limited licence to display that content within the platform for the purpose of operating the community.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Recovery Jungle Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of The Jungle.

Our liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

10. Privacy

Your use of The Jungle is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy at https://flow.recoveryjungle.com.au/privacy-policy.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to The Jungle if you breach these Terms, without refund. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Upon termination, your access to paid features will cease. Inner Circle lifetime access granted through the Resurrection Program is not subject to termination except in cases of serious breach of community standards.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of The Jungle after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

15. SMS & Messages

  • Recovery Jungle sends SMS messages only to customers who have provided the appropriate consent.

    Informational/transactional messages may include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, account notifications, and service-related updates.

  • Customers who separately opt in to marketing messages may also receive presentation invitations, special offers, discounts, event promotions, and other promotional updates.

  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

  • Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

  • Reply HELP for help.

  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors that support our services, such as customer service providers. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • If you have questions about your messaging or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
